Once one of a person got passed in his last year graduation and was searching for Job. Then he got call from one of the company he applied for and the interview date was fixed. And at proper date and time that guy reached the company's office and he was called in. However firstly he was asked about his name, background, qualifications etc. Next the interviewer asked him for which post have you applied? Interviewee replied "software executive". Interviewer "but you are not from that educational background". Interviewee "ya but i could do it" .
Interviewer "no not possible".
Interviewee "sir any other job in your company suiting my CV".
Interviewer "ok you r fixed then, u will be assistant manager, but i will pay you 2000 salary".
Interviewee "no sir i need minimum 20000".
Interviewer "ok then done. But your job will be to carry all local garbage from truck and dump it nearby village".
Interviewee "wat. No i need 20000 for post assistant manager".
Interviewer "ok given, now what you want to be in future in our company".
Interviewee "CEO"
Interviewer "ohh...! so in how much time".
Interviewee "5 years".
Interviewer "for being promoted as manager you will good performance for 3 years. And even needs a MBA Degree. So How Come you think of being CEO in 5 years...without knowing your goal how come you can come here for interview. Is it for wasting for our time"........ So friends that the story about what you goal should be. Goal can be anything but it should be realistic. A commerce graduate cannot think of being doctor.............. and even reading a book for passing the exam is not a goal. Goal is what you can achieve by challenging way.
Goal is that achievement in life where you find..... yourself..... and so don't take more time to know yourself.....
